No, we do not have a borrowing agreement with the Hernando County Library System.
If you are a student, you can check out materials from PHSC libraries using your student ID. If you are not a student, and you see material we have that you are interested in borrowing, you can request it via Interlibrary Loan at the public library. There is no charge for borrowing books through inter-library loan, and we loan out to all the public libraries in Florida.
