PHSC Libraries do not charge fines for overdue materials.

Circulating materials are checked out for three weeks, and can be renewed, unless that item has been requested by another student. All material must be returned by the end of each term. A hold will be placed on a student's college record for materials that are not returned by the end of term. As soon as the material is returned, the hold is released.

Holds are placed after 14 days overdue, and for lost items there is a processing fee of $15 plus the replacement cost of the book. If you wish to supply a replacement copy of the book, please reach out to the owning campus library and they will work with you.
