Your Borrower ID is the 14 digit number on the bottom of your PHSC ID card.   If you don't have your ID, you can find your 14-digit  borrower ID number by logging into WISE.  It will be on the first screen in red and begins with 2500.

Your default PIN  is the 2 digit Month and 2 digit Day of your birth-- MMDD. The PIN is 4 digits.

You can login to your account in the library catalog and change your PIN.  If you forget your PIN, you can reset it to the default, and then change it to a 4-digit PIN of your choice.  If you are having trouble logging in from another location, you can call us during open hours, and we can help you.  If we are not reachable via phone, please reach out through our Ask-A-Librarian feature.
