PHSC Libraries are open to the public. If you are not a registered student, you are welcome to use the facilities, browse materials, and use the public computers. Books can only be borrowed by registered students. All visitors in the library (student or non-student) can use the computers, print, and make copies. Children are welcome in the library, but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Anyone using the computers must follow the computer use guidelines of the college.
